A Page with no Inbound Links

    Page Rank = 1 - 0.85 = 0.15

Theoretically a page with no inbound links has a page rank of 0.15. However such a page could only be found by the Google robots if it was added to the index by the Google submission page. Creating such orphan pages is not a good idea as they cannot be found by users but what it does imply is that pages within a site can gain page rank by creating pages and by linking those pages internally. Ideally such a site should have at least one inbound link from another site in the Google index. Google therefore favors large, well linked sites.
