Hillary DePiano pointed out on Lulu.com that one of the largest online retailers for new and used items is eBay.com who have just acquired Half.com and are integrating the Half.com book selling market into their website. Half.com doesn't automatically get its book details from Books in Print so you have to ask them to add your book manually using the following form:

Having your details on Half.com allows you or anyone else to sell books on eBay and get the book product details automatically from the Half.com database. You will have to supply blurb about your book along with a URL to a cover image, for example the image on Lulu.com
